A vibrant and citrussy Orange wine from Olivier Cazenave. The Semillon grapes come from an excellent vineyard plot situated in Entre Deux Mers. Following two weeks' skin contact to extract the colour, the wine is run off into a separate tank where it can settle for a period of around 6 months. Before bottling, a dash of Sauvignon Blanc is added to enhance the freshness and acidity. No sulphites are added during the harvesting process and, if conditions allow, during the winemaking process.
