Classic Aussie Shiraz with a dash of spicy Mataro. Ripe notes of blackcherry and black plum are intertwined with hints of chocolate and vanilla. And there's a lovely little story behind the name... '150 years ago, ten thousand Highlanders left Scotland for a new life down under. They took with them their unique cattle, hoping they'd thrive on Australia's rugged plains just as they did back home. The Highland cow still grazes in Australia today and around our family winery. To honour our favourite shaggy red-haired friends, we have named our wine after them.'
